There is a lot of space in and around property. Plenty of parking is available, and a good Chinese rrestaurant is located within complex as well as a Dunkin Donuts close by for late night or morning snacks. Complex is a bit run down and could use some fresh paint and updates. Bit staff is nice and the rooms are large. Overall a great choice that is economical with a great location.

Location to SFO was ideal. The hotel itself has business hours for check in (until 10pm). A bit dark & dirty. Fine for a one night stay if you are leaving early the next morning.

Stains on the carpet, black mold in the shower ceiling, sink clogged with cigarette ashes, bugs crawling on the walls. Most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. This was so unhealthy and dirty.

Hotel out date no one was at the front desk you had to call a number on the paper taped to door someone came 40 minutes later drove up gave me my room key locked up and left again smh so unprofessional I had to call again to change the room the heat wasn’t working I will never come back here

False advertising on their website! @Expedia! They still use the old hotel rooms pictures to lure guests into coming as the current hotel and rooms are rotten old rooms with smelly wet carpet floors. So Warning Stay Away !!!!!

We checked in and tried to find our room. The receptionist failed to show us where our room was. As we were walking there, we were just not happy with the premises. We felt unsafe and the place is like abandoned. We were so irked that we cancelled our reservation and found another hotel. Hopefully, Expedia can refund our money for this place. It’s definitely not worth it.

Despite the fact I had talked to somebody to set up a late arrival , i found nobody there and the hotel was closed. The contact number was not picking up, nor could I leave a message. Pretty bad experience The next morning I went back to the hotel and talked to the manager. She profusely apologized ,stating her grave shift staff member just was not there. She promised to not charge my credit card since I had payed up front.

Smelly/Dirty Rooms & Crunching Beds
Our first rooms was smelling so bad we had to request another room. I guess the second room has beds from 90's and they were crunching and it was impossible to sleep as you turn to the other side it will wake up you and everyone else in the room. Thanks to you I slept 6 hours in 2 days total. Instead of making %30-%40 discounts, try to improve your rooms so that people can stay again once they came back for holidays. The room has dust everywhere and I was able to force myself to take a shower one time which I had to before new year celebrations.

Heater was broken, inadequate lighting especially over the desk, shower water was luke warm at best, ice dispenser didnt have ice, and they lost they have a gym, but when i got there, the guy at the front desk said they didnt have one. Pictures are a bit misleading. Im questioning if they had even changed the sheets i slept in being that there was a strand of hair on it. Was too tired to request a room change, so i stayed in it but definitely buyer beware.

I arrived at this property after 14hrs of work. I get to my room and the tv doesnt work, only 2 lights in the whole room worked. I went to call the front desk and well, my phone had no dial tone. The shower was disgusting, i had to run the water for close to 10mins to get warm water. Floors are stained, along with the one chair that was in the room. The snack machines, well they are just there for display, they are not stacked, all floors, every machine was "sold out", of EVERY product. Wont stay there again.

Was told at time of checking that I would need to run the water for 5-10 min to get hot water. Due to the maintenance person being on vacation. Did as suggested and the water never came out hot not even warm. Had to take a luke cold shower, glad I had the heater on so it wasn’t terribly cold. Carpet needed to be washed, bed replaced and they seem to have a big ant/ termite problem.

I booked 3 rooms with 2 beds. We checked in at 6pm and they sold all rooms with 2 beds. They said that we can look for other hotels nearby and they will refund my money. They didnt do a thing. I had to call expedia to get my refund.
