”Amazing spot and a very fair price. Really well appointed rooms with lots of character and big windows - only drawback was my window was courtyard facing so didn’t have any privacy with curtains open.
At a great central location - near 12th/oakland Bart stop, food, coffee, and a Walgreens within 10 minute walk. It can seem a little dicey at night so I wouldn’t recommend wandering the streets then.

”My Beloved and I stayed in two other motels before discovering this one (on a 10 day visit from Hawaii, where we live...) I wish we would have discovered this place first because it was, by far, the best of the three! And so close to the airport made returning a rental car outrageously easy! Rooms were spacious and clean and well lit. ”Very clean and new hotel building. Rooms are tight but clean and have fridge and microwave oven. Since located in downtown Oakland it can get quite busy in surroundings, though 11th street is somewhat calm area. My room windows were on the street side and it was pretty noisy during nights. If you wear ear plugs it is no big deal. I stayed 10 nights and my room wasn't cleaned for once. Breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy but you get what you need to start your day. I probably wouldn't stay here...
