”The hotel was great. We were offered a reasonable upgrade when we checked in. The staff was helpful and offered great customer service. The automated inquiry line was also helpful and quick to respond. The furniture inside the room could use some work or upgrade. We really liked the easy access to the lobby from the self-parking area. ”

”Beautiful hotel, very clean, would like to see a little more attention to detail such as a make up smudge on lampshade and handprints on windows. As a long time, Hilton Honors member, I was extremely impressed by the professional staff, gorgeous king corner balcony rooms, of which we had two. Both were exceptional. The hotel was beautiful. Elevators were slightly slow. Parking was simple and convenient. The restaurant was fantastic as was the check-in staff. I would love to see this...
