I stayed here because I had an early morning flight out of San Jose airport and they offered a shuttle service. The property was well kept, rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. There was a nice Italian restaurant across the street that was recommended by the clerk behind the desk. My only complaint was the rudeness of the shuttle driver in the morning. I’m 72 and I was flying out alone with two carry-on bags and she just got on the bus, opened the door for me and sat there and waited for me to carry my bags up the stairs by myself. The same thing happened at the airport. Needless to say, I did not give her a tip. But other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I will stay there again.
