"Front desk woman was rude on arrival, had a lazy attitude and seemed bothered by any question we asked. Rooms smelled like wet dog. Fire alarm went off and staff didnât seem to care. Carpet is stained in the hallways. Looks great in pictures but wouldnât recommend staying here."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Laguna Hills Lodge. I did not take advantage of the pool, the breakfast or other amenities as I was visiting family in town and was away from the hotel for most of the time. The room was clean and updated with some modern touches, while the building did show its age with ..."
