”The hotel seems much better than just 3 stars. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. We had a 4 person room, that had a double bed and a sofa bed. The description promised single beds instead of a sofa bed, so that was bit of disappointing, but the sofa bed was quite comfortable so it was ok in the end. The breakfast was good including bread, yogurt, fruit and sweets. However, they did not bring any more food after something finished so you better go early: they were often out...

”Great hotel owerall. Staff is absolutely best. Location could not be better. Car was easily driven to the front of the door and valet service was great with only 30€ a night. Breakfast was good. ”

She made plenty of calls to reserve a wine tasting experience and an opera show for us and gave us advice on how to get around town. The customer service at this hotel is exceptionally great! ”15 minuutin bussimatkan päästä Sienan vanhasta kaupungista. Superior huoneet ovat tilavia ja remontoidut. Kiva allasalue puutarhassa. Hyvä aamiainen, sisältäen myös lämpimiä vaihtoehtoja. Illalla saatavilla myös lämpimiä voileipiä. Lähellä 350 metrin päässä todella hyvä pizzeria La Veranda, josta saa myös muunlaista ruokaa. Kannattaa pyytää respaa tekemään pöytä varaus. Myös wifi toimi loistavasti.”
