”If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!”

”Overall the room needs to be completely remodeled. The shower had cracks that were just glued together. The headboards of the bed was peeling. Even though it's complementary breakfast it's the same thing everyday. The bedsheets had holes and the list goes on and on. Wouldn't recommend this place.”

”The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was not an attitude checking in or checking out. Every staff member we ran into had a smile on their face. Breakfasts was plentiful and a great selection of foods.”

”The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower! Also, we stayed three nights, and the second morning while we were trying to get dressed for our grandson’s graduation, all the lights in our room went...

”Cassondra was a great front desk staff.She was really nice and even changed my room so I could be close to other family members that were staying there. Even made coffee in the evening when I asked since the rooms do not come with microwave or coffee makers. But it does come with a refrigerator. Breakfast the sausage both days were not cooked well but clean area to eat in with microwave to cook longer. The morning of my check out I went to breakfast at 9:30 to return to my room at 9:50am while...

”The hotel offered a very comfortable stay at an excellent price. The facilities seemed new (or very well-maintained) and while the hotel didn't offer all of the amenities generally provided by a 4- or 5-star hotel, everything offered was done well. It is well-located and quiet. I'd happily stay here again.”

”Check-in was a disaster, got double charged the $50 incidentals and was charged for 4 nights when I had already prepaid through Expedia. Pool was closed for maintenance the whole week according to staff and was never told there was breakfast. None of the staff could help me get a refund except Kris and even then I still have Holiday Inn charges on my card that I need reversed. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, we ended up checking out a day early because we had awful sleep for 3 nights....
