”We stay at many Hiltons, and this one was not very clean. There was dog smell all over, the hotel tries to cover it up with a strong scent. Our shower did not work; room smelled like mold and beds were very hard. The pool was not kept up, very dirty my kids did not want to get in. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.”

”I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. The hallways and our room were musty and carpets unclean. Trash on the hallway floors. Place didn’t seem secure and anyone could walk into the hotel and take the stairs or elevator. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

”This is a lovely hotel, clean and tidy with amazing staff from reception, catering and cleaning. Can’t fault it as a hotel. A few restaurants nearby but not much else. If you’re coming to Dallas, Garland is a good 45 mins away by car so make sure you have one as Public transport is zero.
If you haven’t got a car be prepared to pay between $50 and $100 each way to get into central Dallas or Fort Worth…”

”It was a most pleasent stay. The room was big and clean. It would have been a 5/5 room if the noise from the passing road hadn't been so noticeable inside the room. The complimentary breakfast was a bit poor. Wifi was good and strong. One of the few rooms on our road trip that we'd gladly return to.”
