4 star hotel? Never, maybe a 2 stars. First we got a room that was clearly a smokingroom: there was a ashtray and it smelled. Then we asked for another room and got a room next to it: again a smokingroom, or it had been. Man at the reception was rude when we asked another room. And he clearly knows ...

The beds were a little hard. The buffet breakfast (included) was good but not exceptional. Note that the hotel is a few miles out of town, but not far from the Certosa, a notable attraction.
