”Stayed with a group of friends for a 50th birthday celebration. We are all interior designers and usually VRBO's don't wow us, but this one certainly did. The home and yard were amazing - landscaping and interiors were impeccable. We loved the huge chefs kitchen. All the beds were comfy and there was plenty of room to spread out. We wanted to move in!!! Definitely a five star experience!”

”Great location and charming home. The only downside was the internet service, which was quite poor. If internet had been something we had urgently needed, it would have been a true problem. Because we were taking a weekend away and were less in need of our devices, it posed more of an inconvenience but may be an issue for other/future users of this property.”

”Amazing location walking distance to beach and funk zone. A great property for traveling with family. Very close to the Moxi Museum, which is enjoyable for kids of all ages. We would revisit!”

”It is a beautiful casita. Very comfortable and romantic, charming, and cozy. The gardens around the property are just gorgeous. Beautiful pool. Very nice place to relax and slow down. Many nice places to visit within an hours drive or so. Easy to get to wine country. Dino and his wife are fantastic hosts.”

”From start to finish this has been a great experience. The property is newer construction with quality finishes. It was spotlessly clean. Tesla charger on site which was super convenient. The location was perfect. Walking distance to State St with all the restaurants, bars and shops. Check in was easy. Highly recommend. We look forward to staying here again.”

”The photos just don't do this house justice. It's a magical spot place and I can't believe how close it is to LA. We cooked, lounged, swung, and had a cozy time. If you love to relax and hang, def consider this home! Also, its great for kids and people who karaoke. :)”

”Very easy and smooth stay at the Villa! We loved working in the outdoor area and cooking in the updated kitchen. Only a short 5 minute walk from State street. Would highly recommend!”

”Clean rooms with amenities like towels, a/c, kitchenette, and complimentary snacks. Comfortable bed and staff was communicative via texf and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or if anything needed to be fixed. Check in time is only at 4pm but that’s ok because the guests and I were exploring santa barbara so just plan accordingly”

”No parking despite description on site. Office is located off property—hard to find. Room was fine tho. ”
