”Hotel accepted pets on expedia but policy had changed to service dogs only. Staff was kind enough to let us stay. It was a beautiful room and patio, but we had ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and they let us park and walk to town...about 20 minutes. ”

”The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. ”

”The pictures on the website did not at all show what the room was really like. We had a room in the casita with a patio. The patio was part of the tiny enclosed entry and was shared by all three units. The room was small and cramped with only a small side chair and a desk chair for seating. The bathroom was also extremely cramped. The parking was almost impossible for anyone with a large vehicle. ”

”My wife and I stayed at the Vanessie four nights. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The cleaning staff very friendly and did a wonderful job. The breakfast area was great. The gentlemen who ran the breakfast area is a sweetheart of a man. As for the restaurant, total crap. The two of us had been out all day enjoying Santa Fe. We decided to give the restaurant a try. ”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”
