”It was a wonderful and peaceful property. Our room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing! The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The service was top-notch. It had a small spa and beautiful pool. The restaurant was wonderful and it was easy to access hiking trails from the property. I would highly recommend!”

”The fireplace was a nice amenity, the bar was convenient, housekeeping staff very helpful. The hotel charged my cc the full amount of my visit to my already prepaid stay. It was difficult to connect with the GM to resolve the issue who then blamed Expedia. This was not the case. Ultimately, the hotel credited my account but not the full amount. Expedia customer service to the rescue!!”

”There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property or the staff. The only thing I was missing was a fan noise and being able to make the room colder than 65°. Other than that everything was perfect! So quiet and clean, easy coffee maker. Feels special to stay there!”

”Lovely Southwest ambience throughout the hotel and room. One of my favorites was that there are several outside conversational areas. We choose a double room with a fireplace which was perfect to “take the chill” out of our room! We could walk to everything!”

”The entrance is awkward and you hope you don't get rear-ended. There’s only one way in and out located right at a traffic light. Eed a tear entrance. Room fit our needs to sleep and shower.”

”We were surprised by so many things-quiet neighborhood, well appointed room and delicious free breakfast! They had homemade marshmallows and handmade potato chips at check in—-real surprise! Delightful stay!”

”The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating to meet our needs especially since our arrival was delayed by an accident that detained us for over an hour and a half. The breakfast was okay for a continental breakfast but it would have been nice to have warm dishes like most facilities have these days. My major concern is that for a person with some mobility issues there were no place that didn’t have steps to navigate to get to our room. The parking was a bit...

”We loved our stay here! The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and clean. The staff was so kind and attentive - we loved the daily breakfasts and sitting in the courtyard in the evenings listening to the birds. Very good location and walking distance to many areas.”

”Overall, a nice property, but definitely in need of some TLC. Peeling paint, slow elevators, outdated and unreliable HVAC, etc. Not acceptable in a luxury resort.”

”Liked the covered parking. Got caught in hailstorm so it protected our rental car. Coffee machine spit out grounds. Two rooms was nice but second room and bath were cramped. Ok for one night.”
