Our room felt damp and humid the entire stay, the floors were sticky, and the shower leaked badly, making the room feel poorly maintained. Service at the main restaurant was especially slow—we had to wait for every request, including nearly 10 minutes just to receive cream for our coffee. ”Nice clean unit with view of the bay. The master bed was firm and pillows were too flat. The master didn’t have a lamp and alarm clock but they remedied that by having it delivered. Elevators are lightning fast however noisy and was able to hear them from the unit. Staff was extremely friendly. ”

”The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival.
