”We loved our stay at the Hilton Tapatio Cliffs! The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. I loved the suite style room with its separate living room. There were several pools throughout the property which really gave vacation vibes. The staff was so wonderful especially house keeping having so much patience with us coming back to clean our room. We ordered in-room dining and found that the serving size was generous and the food delicious! I would definitely stay here again and recommend others...

”AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We paid for a suite, but our room wasn’t ready while our second room was. We were offered a “special” room without the living room area included in the suite we paid for. Once inside, we discovered there was no mini fridge, no ice bucket for the Arizona heat, and no hot running water.
We were never told we shared a common entry area with another room. Trying to be safe, we locked the entry door, not realizing it prevented our neighbors from entering. They repeatedly pounded...
