”4 star hotel? Never, maybe a 2 stars.
First we got a room that was clearly a smokingroom: there was a ashtray and it smelled. Then we asked for another room and got a room next to it: again a smokingroom, or it had been. Man at the reception was rude when we asked another room. And he clearly knows what rooms has the cigarette smelling problem(those were at the older side of the hotel) so why not change the room clearly?
Well the new room had antz and we asked if there is some bugspray for...

”Hotel is about three km from nearest metrostation without any means of transportation except hotel shuttle. No taxis visible anywhere near. Place is surrounded by highway and fields, nothing to do or see nearby.”
”È la prima volta che trovo in un hotel a tre stelle, il frigo bar pieno con tantissima scelta di bevande liquori, alcolici e acqua. La struttura è molto sicura parcheggio interno addirittura davanti alla tua camera.. le camere sono piccoline, ma in tre persone si dorme comodo. II bagno pulito. La colazione molto molto abbondante per tutti i gusti. Per arrivare alla linea metro si può andare con il pullman oppure con la macchina si parcheggia e si prende la linea M1 e si va si cambia dove vuoi....
”It was really nice stay! Stuff was super friendly, rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing!! I was going to the concert to Forum Arena which was next to hotel. With metro you can easily go to center, just check the times because metro goes only every 30 minutes. Area is nice and safe but there’s nothing to do! ”

"Siisti ja moderni hotelli. Viihtyisä ympäristö ja helppo liikkua milanon keskustaan vaikkapa. Hotellin äänieristys ei paras mahdollinen, mutta nukkua pystyi rauhassa siitä huolimatta. "
