”Great property! You get to relax and stay in nature but with all the luxury amenities. The property does a great job of having constant transportation available to move around the grounds since it’s so big. Loved our room and the quiet pool area was very relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean. All meals were great! Favorite restaurants were Aqua and Portofino. We also loved their buffet and that it had authentic Costa Rican food as options. As for the staff they are all top notch. Everyone...

”Beautiful property right on Playa Hermosa. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean, spacious and a lovely view of the greenery surrounding the hotel and pool. There was some construction noise but we were there during the off season so not surprising. The hot tub was cool one evening but much warmer another. The area felt safe and calm. Expedia offered a 20% discount on a tour but the hotel only offered it for kayak/paddleboard rentals, a bit disappointing but the stay...

”Such a lovely place. Low season and we had it almost all to ourselves. All the staff so friendly and attentive - Andrea, Sergio, Daniela - we felt like we were family - they greeted us by name, knew what wanted to drink with breakfast (which is included!), were ready to take care of whatever we needed. ”Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä hotellin sijainnista, palvelusta ja rennosta tunnelmasta. Henkilökunta oli todella miellyttävä ja auttavainen. Kun huonevaraustamme ei heti löytynyt koneelta, saimme tilalle "anteeksi pyyntönä" paljon isomman ja paremmin varustellun huoneen lomamme ajaksi. Pitkin päivää hotellin asiakkaille oli tarjolla tuoretta kahvia ilmaiseksi ja hotellissa oli myös iso kauppa 24/7 auki. Ravintolan ruuan hinta/laatu suhde oli ihan ok. Jos yöelämä häiritsee unta, ei kannata ottaa...

”To big area, moving difficult despite the shuttle. Entering to Hotel difficult. Although we had reservation number in mobile phone the guards hesitated to let us enter the Hotel area. In the reseptiin they asked us a printed copy of out reservation, nyt how could we have it because i had booked Hotel with mobile phone. They claimed that now they have more paper work. Toi bad, it's their job. Any way it would not have helped them, it was in Finnish. Food was good. The wibration of neighbour rooms...
