”It is new and good hotel with big rooms. Love it, it just the room service don't answer the phone! I tried many times and in different days! Also expedia have tried calling them to change a booking date, and they got hunged up on them!!”

”In the heart of Jubail City. No private parking. You have to rely on paid public parking. Very poorly trained service staff. Housekeeping was poor. They didn't provide towels. When we asked for it, there was no positive response. Usee harsh words to drive us out at around 1.00 pm though checkout was at 2.00 pm Won't come back”

”Es un ApartHotel con servicios muy básicos. El baño no es nada seguro, la ducha no está protegida, cuando se d7cañha de inunda el baño y es muy fácil resbalar se. Además justo pegado a la ducha hay un enchufe eléctrico, algo fuera de toda medida de seguridad. ”

”Very good stay for 1 night at this hotel. The receptionist is gentleman and good. The rooms are wide and the air condition works fine. ”

”This place is awful, the rooms in now represent the description in this App, none of staff spoke English, there is zero nearby and the place is really dated and the upkeep very poor. I’d booked here for a month but stayed one night and that was only because I arrived at 05:00am and had no alternative option”

”I stayed here for the F1 race because the prices were much more reasonable than most places. It was about an hour walk each way in nice warm weather. Probably quicker than getting a taxi in the evenings due to the amount of traffic in the area. The room was beautiful, I was very impressed with the room, the hotel and the staff.
