We want you to know we are doing our part to ensure that our guests' stays with us will be as safe as possible and have instituted three measures to maintain a safe stay.

First, prior to your visit the premises will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected consistent with the CDC's guidelines.

Second, for additional precautions, guests' stays will be spaced further apart by implementing earlier check-outs and later check-ins.

Third, all of our staff who are involved in the preparation of the home for our guests' stays will have been thoroughly cleared for health issues.

Enjoy the best of outdoor living urban Seattle has to offer in this whimsical beach house located on Alki Beach. Take in the impressive views while enjoying coffee in bed, eating at the dining table, cooking in kitchen, or having tea time on the porch. Gaze at the stars and sunset next to the top-level fire table. Sleep soundly in the two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and one with its own private en-suite.

Alki Beach, made famous by kite flying Tom Hanks in Sleepless in Seattle, is where Seattleites escape to when they want to live close to the water but get out of the bustle of downtown. The neighborhood wraps around the coastline of West Seattlegiving you jaw dropping views of the Seattle cityscape.

Just don't forget to turn around! In the charming beach town behind you, sits Alki Beach Park packed full of restaurants, cafes, and bars. You will also find a brewery hosting yoga sessions, beach shops, historic landmarks, and several iconic restaurants to Seattle. We're happy to share our recommendations with you!

Beautiful Beach House
We loved staying at this beautiful cottage. So much charm and character with amazing views. It was sparkling clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. I really appreciated helpful tips and instructions around the house. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit Seattle.

Cozy Alki Beach Hideaway
This is a wonderful house that's carefully maintained with a fully-provisioned kitchen, a thoughtful layout and delightful amenities. Our family of three (a 13-year old teenage boy) chilled out all week in this perfectly located West Seattle location -- taking the water taxi to downtown Seattle, driving to Mt. Ranier for hiking, scootering along the beach, enjoying the local restaurants/establishments, blending in to the daily Alki lifestyle and of course ... that killer Elliott Bay view ... taken in from every front-facing window but best from that top deck with the firetable setting the scene!

Amazing beach house with views of Olympic National Park on the water/Alki beach
A fantastic spot for our low-key girl’s week. A perfect 15–20-minute stroll to all your needs be that coffee, breakfast, dinner, bike or kayak rentals, diving, and the ferry to downtown Seattle. It was a great location for our day adventures to nearby islands, hiking in National parks, as well as visiting downtown. Why eat out when you have a well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grill, get takeout, or can pick up something amazing at the Metropolitan Market grocery store to enjoy on the house’s roof top deck. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that I went home and bought the same brand for my master bedroom. The home is stylishly decorated while being very functional. The throw blankets, sofas, and dining room chairs, have all the right snuggle factor that are great for hanging out while binge watching your favorite show on their Netflix’s, Prime, AppleTV and many other accounts. The house has upstairs and downstairs rentals which was no problem with 2-3 parking spaces at the house for all rentals. Across the sometimes-busy street are 2 trails one for the bike/scooter/rollerblades and another adjacent for walkers on the beach. If I find myself back in the Seattle area, I will stay at this beach house again in East Seattle.

Charming beach cottage with beautiful sunsets!
Perfect place for a seaside vacation but still in the city. Plenty of things to see and do and then come back to a comfortable lovely space. Well equipped all round- felt like home.

Fun Last Minute Mother-Daughter Getaway
My daughter and I had a fun and relaxing long weekend here. We enjoyed watching dogs and their people using different modes of transportation along the Alki Trail, which is located between the road that goes in front of the house and the sound. We got food delivery from several terrific restaurants in Seattle, as well as a grocery delivery. It was fun to mask-up and walk down to Alki Beach, where we easily found some space to ourselves, even on a Saturday afternoon. It was relaxing to sit on the upstairs balcony and chat during a stunning sunset, with the Olympic mountains in view behind Bainbridge Island. My daughter dropped me at SeaTac Sunday night, which was a quick car ride away. I would definitely stay here again for an urban beach vibe vacation with spectacular views. We found the house as pictured, everything was clean, and the kitchen had most everything we needed. (My one tiny suggestion would be adding a tea kettle to the kitchen equipment.) Neither bedroom has an entry door, which was fine for us. There are doors between the bedrooms and their attached bathrooms, and the downstairs bedroom has curtains that can cover the doorway+ windows. There is a thermostat for each room, so the entire house was a comfy temp the entire time. The washer/dryer were welcome amenities.

Beautiful Propery on Alki
This property is even better than advertised! It location on Alki and views of the Pudget Sound are second to none. The home provided the perfect place for a week away we needed. The home has everything one would need from 2 cozy bedrooms to a fully stocked kitchen. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in one of the best properties on Alki!!!
