Newley renovated 5BR 3BA home conveniently located in the heart of Seattle! Walk 7 blocks to the light rail and avoid traffic, 15 minutes or less to the pike place market, Downtown Seattle, SeaTac Airport, University of Washington, Seahawks CenturyLink Field, Mariners T-Mobile Park, Seattle Convention Center and the list goes on. Huge open concept living space, perfect for relaxing after a long day of experiencing some of the wonders this city has to offer. Welcome to your home away from home!
The space
This newly remodeled, cute and cozy 5BR 3BA home has tons of space with 2 full size kitchens and 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have comfortable Beds in bright areas with locks on doors for privacy. So clean and updated. 2 kitchens, 2 washer and dryer dry ups. Although the only parking was on the street we had a group of 10, 5 cars, and zero issues. Beds were comfortable and the kitchens stocked just right for just basics. Think one futon was added to the common space downstairs rather than in a room with a queen, but given the space it makes sense. 4 people at a time on the deck kept your time outside intimate. Would definitely rent again.

Overall it's a nice place for a one night stay with a large group. We weren't aware that the Mount Baker area is in "The Hood." Our transportation driver from the airport told us not to go out at night. A trip to the grocery store had us witnessing a shoplifter being caught and the intense smell of weed on customers. Communication with the owner was limited which they attributed to their messages not going through. There was no communication from our reservation until a half hour to check in when they gave us the code. I had to show our group that it was booked. Absolutely no communication regarding our duties on check out. The air conditioming didn't work and due to the hazardous condition of the upstairs deck, no more than 4 people were allowed on it at a time. The interior steps to downstairs were extremely steep and a bit hazardous. We had to keep the door to it closed to prevent our vision impaired friend from falling down them. It's not easy finding a place that can house 11 people so this was sufficient but I would not stay there with a smaller group.

We stayed there before leaving on a cruise to Alaska. There were 11 of us and this was the perfect spot. We could stay in both units and still be together. Convenient location, with easy access to highway and train. Prior to our stay, the host answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, I thought the house was really nice. There were plenty of rooms, bathrooms and living space for all of us. We never felt cramped or like we were stacked on top of each other. There were places to shop, buy groceries and restaurants within walking distance. We were also able to use Walmart delivery and DoorDash. Downtown was easy to get to but it was a 45 minute bus ride on two buses, but a lot less than an Uber or taxi.

Great little getaway!

Great place to have a family get together. Lots of room for everyone to sleep. Very well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely rent again if in the neighborhood.

Great Communication, Cozy Residence

We rented this property as a safe place for folks to sleep to avoid high surge prices on VRBO, as well as a central location to keep everyone safe after exploring the area on a holiday. The host was INCREDIBLE about answering our questions, and accommodating our guests. The facility was clean and so cute, the rooms were cozy and plenty of room for our folks to sleep, fits as many guests as listed VERY comfortably.

Great Location

We only stayed one night but it we perfect for our group. Light Train rail is a few minutes away and we ride to the Mariners game. It was easy and a great way to avoid the parking area. Our host suggested Columbia City which is only a couple miles away for dinner and the place we ate, pizza and great Italian food was really good. I would definitely stay again. Chima our host was great to work with.

Excellent house for our needs. 2 kitchens and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy check in and plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable. Surrounding immediate neighborhood is fine but walk to light rail is best done in daylight. Best to Uber from light rail at night as the walk is through some sketch areas. Overall lovely place to stay. Outside deck was not used as it looked a bit unsafe from underneath. There is a limit of only 4 people on the deck but we didn’t need to use it at all so thought it best to avoid it. We had plenty of room in the house for our party of 8. Easy location for our show at Lumen field. Thanks for a great stay!
