Hannu ja Kerttu täyttää Restoration Hardware tämän maagisen, kaksikerroksinen vaunuvaja!

Ihana paikka nauttia aikaa Seattlessa. Osa maalaismainen metsästysmaja - osa romanttinen mökki. Hyvin yksityinen, hyvin tyylikäs ja erittäin hauskaa! Mukava ja hyvin varustettu kaikki tarpeesi.

Sijaitsee risteyksissä Capitol Hill, Eastlake ja Portagen Bay lähiöissä, jotka ovat hyvin keskeinen kaikkia Seattle on tarjota ja todella siistiä alue soittaa kotiin, kun voit tutustua Seattlen ja todella saada tunnetta nauttia kaupungin elämästä.

Kävele ihania ravintoloita, juhlat lonkan Pine / Pike käytävä, katsella auringonlaskua länsipuolella sijaintimme, ja auringonnousu vain mäkeä alas .... molemmat hyvin lyhyen (5 minuuttia?) kävellä. Super nopean ajomatkan tai erittäin lyhyen taksimatkan keskustaan, kävelymatkan päässä U-District, Kaasulaitokset Park Arboretum, Broadway, Madison Park, Volunteer Park ja pyörä lähes mihin tahansa Burke-Gilman Trail vain sillan tai äärimmäinen vuoren pyörä kurssi (etsiä 1-5 Colannade Mountain Bike Park). Hypätä paddleboard tai vuokrata kajakin vain toisella puolella siltaa sekä - (Tutustu Aqua Verden Mela Club ja kahvila :) hiihto ja letkut on tunnin päässä Snoqualmie Pass, tai voit mennä viinin maistelua Chateau St . Michelle tai tarkistaa Redhook panimo Woodinville. Koskenlasku on noin 60-90 minuuttia samoin. On paljon tekemistä täällä!

Perheet rakastavat erillistä tilaa ylimmässä kerroksessa ja permannolla, syrjäkaduilla, hyllyt ja hyllyt pelejä ja leluja kaikenikäisille, nauttia maalaismainen ja mukava ominaisuuksia ja huolellista huomiota jokaiseen yksityiskohtaan.

Kaksi takkaa, täysi - metro kaakeloitu kylpyhuone kattokruunu, fantastinen moderni ja maalaismainen valaistus. Koko keittiö astianpesukone ja kaikki tarvittavat laitteet viihdyttää, kokki ja valmistaa ateriat tai rentoutua ja avaa pullon viiniä ja puolueen ystävien kanssa!

Tämä on hyvä paikka, joka on nauttinut perheet, (itse asiassa joukko 9 olivat erittäin mukava täällä), ystävät, tytöt viikonloppuisin, kaverit viikonloppuisin, hääjuhlia, ja laajennettu pysyy. Piha ja sijainti talon antaa tämä paikka todellista lisätty yksityinen tunnelma keskellä kaupunkia.

Cozy and perfect

Loved the home. We had five (two adults, three teens) and it was a perfect fit for us. We were not at home much but when we were home it was everything we needed. Pre-stocked with important essentials, parking was easy, amazing little court yard with chickens that gave us fresh eggs. Communication was perfect and kind. Great place to head south to downtown or north to for other great sites to see. Walkable restaurants, which is always a plus for me. Was very close to the highway and you could hear traffic at night, but it was just white noise to us.

Nothing short of wonderful

My husband and I were taking our mothers on an Alaskan cruise and needed somewhere to stay for two nights pre cruise. We found this charming listing, I thought it looked like Snow White’s cottage, and then saw it had chickens and I was sold. What I did not anticipate was that the pictures did not do it justice. This is an extremely comfortable home, the owner has anticipated nearly every need and question you may have. There are little “how to” cards all over the house so you are never questioning how to get something to work. Our cousins came to join us for dinner one night, there was room for everyone at the table and their 12 year old son loved the upstairs kids nook, and to be honest, I sat in there to read too. The only thing I could complain about is it is near enough to the highway to occasionally hear trucks at night (sounded more like rolling thunder). But since I doubt the state would be willing to move an entire highway system, I wouldn’t hold this against them. The location is walkable to restaurants, but we did Uber to Pikes Market.We will definitely be booking here for our next trip to Seattle. I think I’ve showed everyone the pictures I took of this adorable house.-Christie and Bob

Fun Stay

Had such a fun stay at this place! The hosts were easy to contact and very helpful with addressing questions and providing recommendations. Place was stocked with all we needed and is close enough to downtown to easily Uber to and from.

Our family had a great stay here for 5 days. The location was very convenient to downtown areas, the ferries, and the university area. We loved feeding the chickens and playing paddle smash! Host was great and gave us everything we needed.

Wonderful hosts and home!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The house was very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, and the beds were very comfortable. What really set this experience apart, however, were the incredible hosts. From the moment we booked, they were thoughtful and attentive, but they truly went above and beyond when they learned that my daughter was injured skiing. They were so kind and accommodating, even moving things around to make her comfortable and able to navigate in a wheelchair. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the "chicken house". Jill provided so many amenities and we had fresh eggs whenever we wanted. The home was perfect for our week stay and we would certainly come back again!

Cute little cottage.

My family and I(wife and 2 boys 3 and 6) stayed few days for a little getaway. Didn’t need much communication back and forth with host, but before showing up we had pretty much all information we needed. The boys absolutely loved the chickens and wanted to look for eggs as well as feed them every day….eggs were delicious! House is in a nice neighborhood area and didn’t have to travel more that 20ish mins each way to locations, one of them being downtown. Little courtyard area in back was fun to be in and let kids burn more energy off they had a little cornhole style game but kinda built for golf chipping but had beanbags as well which were definitely used…super plus that since I took golf clubs out of car for trip and didn’t have for the golf version I asked about a club and was handed a wedge within mins and got a few swings in which felt great. I would absolutely look at this place when going to Seattle again and would suggest it to anyone looking at a place to stay. Thanks again!

The Cutest Cozy Carriage House!

Look no further— this cute, cozy Carriage House is perfect! The house is beyond adorable and a nice mix of historical meets modern day. Everything with our stay was absolutely wonderful! We really enjoyed all the extra touches Jill has done and the amenities she’s added to make the house so warm, inviting and convenient. We also loved visiting with the chickens and collecting eggs each morning! The location is perfect and close to so many things. We definitely will be back to visit the Carriage House again!

Lovely cottage!

I needed a place for me and my adult son, plus two elderly relatives who use walkers and can’t manage stairs. This place is easy to get into, with 2 comfy bedrooms on the ground floor. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, clean and convenient

We had a lovely time staying at the Carriage House! It was cute, clean and had everything we needed for the week. The kids loved the upstairs loft area and got really into a Judy Blume book they found. It was also realky fun collecting eggs from the chickens and sitting out back having cocktails in the yard. Lovely Cottage

This cottage has everything needed. Location was great. Had the pup with us and she was very comfortable also. Loved seeing the chicks everyday. Freeway was noisy, but we were able to shut windows at night and it was fine. Lots of fans around and sound machines in the rooms. Thank goodness we were there before the big heat came. The host was very sweet and accommodating. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

Loved our Stay

My family and I stayed at this property for a couple of nights and had a wonderful experience. We have a toddler and baby and found the house to be very kid friendly - the toys and kids books were a huge perk that kept our son busy. It was also very charming, clean and well located. Despite being very close to a busy highway, we didn’t really hear the noise from inside. It was also very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Jill was a very kind, helpful and welcoming host. Would definitely recommend this spot!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights before we took off on a cruise. The house was quaint and filled with nooks and crannies and things to do! Our toddler loved visiting the chickens and looking for eggs every day! The host, Jill, was great, very helpful, and very communicative! We really enjoyed staying at this property!

Great family city cottage

From booking to checking in/out, everything was smooth about our stay at the city cottage. Jill was attentive and easy to communicate with. She was warm and inviting of her property. The property was easy to get to, right off the highway, and on street parking was never an issue. The area was safe and within walking distance to some playgrounds, restaurants and coffee shops. A quick ~20 minute drive got us into the city for all of our sight seeing adventures! We met our family (4 adults and 3 children in total) in Seattle for vacation for a week. We comfortably fit in the two bedrooms and loft room with an additional futon. There were fans available, as well as an air conditioner in the loft area. It was great to have a washer/dryer in the cottage, as well as a stocked kitchen with all of the necessities. The kids loved visiting the chickens in the backyard and collecting their eggs. They also enjoyed all of the games, books and toys in the cottage. The kayaks and paddle boards were available to us (they have life jackets) but we did not use them as we were out sightseeing for the majority of our stay. We highly recommend staying at the city cottage for your visit in Seattle!

Best way to see Seattle

If you’re visiting Seattle with your family, forge an overpriced, cramped hotel. This carriage house hit the mark in every way. Well located, clean, and room to spread out in a quiet, cozy place to come back to you at the end of each day. We felt like locals for five days and had a great launchpad to explore the city. Nothing was more than 10 to 15 minute drive. Property owner was particularly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Convenient charming fun rental with chickens

House was great. Our kids loved the chickens and the upstairs and all it’s nooks. Neighborhood was convenient, walked to sushi and coffee and good take out pizza. Would definitely stay again.
