• Same Day Booking: Confirm available check-in time in advance
• Check-In & Check-Out: 4 PM check-in, 11 AM check-out
• No Shoes Inside – Help keep the home clean
• No Smoking – Indoors or within 20 ft of property
• Quiet Hours: After 10 PM, respect neighbors
• No Parties or Unauthorized Guests
• Trash: Sort into proper bins; leave in cans if unsure
• Lost & Found: Items may be shipped for $35 plus shipping; held for 2 weeks
• No Mailbox Access: Short-term guests cannot use mailbox; packages at guest discretion
