Important to Note:

This home has a separate basement unit that we also rent on Airbnb, so the backyard and hot tub are shared spaces.

Because the home has two rental units, there is potential for some noise between floors.
No access to the garage, but guests can use the driveway for parking.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs level of the home, with a private entrance and reserved driveway parking (garage not included). The backyard and hot tub are shared with a separate basement unit.

No keys to worry about! The home features a secure, keyless entry system using an August Smart Lock. Guests can unlock the door with their smartphone or a personalized entry code, valid for the duration of their stay.

Check-in will be contactless but the host is always available for questions/recommendations within the app or by text/call.

Located on a quiet, dead-end street near the waterfront, our home provides a peaceful retreat with convenient access to Seattle and its surrounding gems. Just 10 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and a quick 15-20 minute drive to downtown, you’re also close to the vibrant neighborhoods of Burien and White Center.

White Center, known for its quirky charm, is a food lover’s paradise with its diverse culinary scene, including popular food trucks, cozy cafes, and craft breweries like Future Primitive Brewing. You’ll find a thriving indie arts scene here, with colorful street art, thrift shops, and unique local businesses that showcase the area’s creative spirit.

A few minutes away, Burien offers a relaxed, community-centered vibe. Turo & Car2Go

You can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app.

Parking

The home has a private driveway for guests that can easily fit two cars. Unfortunately, the garage is not for guest use.

This unit is located on the top floor of the home. The bottom unit is also a rental, so be aware you will likely hear/see them during your stay. Please be conscious of noise levels.

The unit is completely separate except that the back yard area and the hot tub are shared with the downstairs unit.

Absolutely No Parties unless specifically requested and approved. If any glitter or confetti is found or if you bring more than 4 guests, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and a negative review for not following our house guidelines.
Please no shoes in the house.

We have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property.

Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines.
