This was a wonderful hotel, my wife and I were able to enjoy the surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and Pikes Market were all walking distance.

Absolutely beautiful property. Easy valet parking, easy access to other forms of transportation just outside the doors, cleanly property. Hard to find areas that feel safe while walking around at night in Seattle anymore but this place was a nice area with limited suspicious activity. Plenty of dining options within steps.

Upon checking in, the customer service we received could definitely benefit from some refresher course as to be more courteous and accommodating. The check out was more pleasant and guest friendly. The quality of the toilet paper was definitely standing out, and I don’t mean that in a positive way!!

LOcation Location and LOCATION! All the famous spot is in walkable distances. For Space needle and MOPOP, Olympic sculpture park, Chihuly glass museum, NO Problem!!! Just walk down the Pine street 4 min, you can find awesome convenient Monorail station! IT was 4 star hotel with 5 star location, 5 star convenience!

Location and amenities are top notch. The staff offers white glove service. Convenience stores and shops in the building and across the street from several venues. Best view ever from the Emerald Room on the 27th floor. Pay for the lounge it’s wonderful. Sauna, hot tub and steam were luxurious and quiet. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. I will stay here again if I return to Seattle.

We loved our room and the hotel! Overall, the staff were fantastic except... there was a mix up with our valet ticket, basically they lost our car even though I knew from it's locator where it was (in their garage), and they kept insisting that the Rivian they pulled out was mine (Cadillac). Thankfully we weren't in a hurry, but we waited for 40 minutes.

The last minute destination taxes was extremely inappropriate. This was not explained at the time of my reservation and was $75 per day! Very disrespectful of clients!!!!

The manager was super unprofessional and rude as hell to me when I asked what’s going on with the claim for my very expensive custom Acura rim cuz their valet guy curbed and bent my rim and he snapped at me that they ungraded me for that already. Umm well that’s great and all but it don’t replace my $900 rim and he was just super rude and I will never stay here not to mention it’s ran down and the bed sucked bad and so was the tub dirty.
