This mid century gem offers a welcoming, relaxing space with over 2800 ft.² upstairs in the main living area and an incredible outdoor area for entertaining and enjoying the northwest sunsets. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood off the shores of Burien Three Tree Point as we call it. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath rental is designed around indoor-outdoor living and sleeps up to 14 guests. Many places to spread out and boasts a huge gourmet chef's kitchen with coffee in the morning.
The Space
With an open concept, this home boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, gourmet Chefs kitchen, two spacious living rooms, dining area, and outdoor areas that include a private entertaining patio, calming rock water feature, deck with seating and fire table, kids Rainbow play set, and basketball court.
Gourmet Kitchen
Prepare your meals in our fully stocked Chef’s gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, six burner gas stove with double oven, microwave, French door refrigerator /freezer, coffee maker and more.
The adjacent dining room can seat 8 adults comfortably along with the 15 foot kitchen island equipped with 7 bar stools, while the adjoining stylish living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa, which opens up to a king lounging mega bed, two additional seating chairs, a 65 inch smart TV and a comforting gas fireplace.
Come spoil yourself in our King bedroom suite that includes walk-in closet, 5 piece bath including Jacuzzi Jetted tub, and private back door to the deck and backyard.
The other three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. Bedroom 2 has a beautiful Queen bed with large windows. Bedroom 3 is down the hall and is our bunk room which has 2 double and 3 twin beds with still enough room to spread out and have fun. Bedroom 4 has the best view of the landscaped backyard and has a double bed. Have little ones traveling with you? No problem we offer a pack n play for them to sleep as well.
On the other side of the home, you will find a second living room which includes a large sectional sofa, cabinets full of games, books, DVD movies, and of course Xbox 360 to keep the kids happy with a 50 inch smart TV.
Continue down the hall to find two full bathrooms. One with full shower and the other with shower/bath tub and the three bedrooms.
Our outdoor space is what sets this property apart from the rest. The patio boasts a gorgeous large granite dining room table with seating for 10 comfortably, along with another outdoor seating area. The separate deck has seating all around and includes a propane fire table. PLEASE NOTE: the deck also has a hot tub but due to additional liability this will NOT be available and is reserved for the owners only. Outside you will also find a beautifully landscaped yard with water feature, playground for the kids and basketball sportcourt.
Less than 1 mile to the beach if you'd like to walk or pack up and make a day of it. 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle and the airport is only 6 min. away. Downtown Burien is named best small town feel for Seattle.

You’re renting the entire Main living space of this home and entire private backyard are all yours to enjoy exclusively!
There is no access to the basement spaces or garages. These are areas the owners often frequent or other guests of the owners. The large laundry room is at the bottom of the stairs and shared with other guests and possible housekeepers between the hours of 10am-1pm.
