• There are multiple stairs inside the home — please use caution when moving between floors.
• The house has heating but no air conditioning (A/C).
• Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited.
• All guests must be registered prior to check-in.
• Street parking is usually easy and available nearby.
• After using the outdoor space, please return cushions to the storage box or cover the fire pit.

Outdoor Access & Safety:
We provide a key to access the patio area — you’ll find it inside the house, behind the dining table. Please return the key after use.

For safety and security, please:
• Turn off the fire pit and grill after use
• Wait for the grill to cool before covering
• Close the umbrella (if opened)
• Secure the storage box and gate after each use
• Lock the patio area and return the key to its original spot

Important: Failure to return the patio key, turn off the grill or fire pit, or lock the outdoor area may result in a $500 fine.
