Since I only have 1500 characters... I'll do my best.Super communication. Great value for the money. Well stocked is an understatement. Plenty of room for two couples - not that were in there that much as we were out and about. Location? Less than 15 minutes to the Roosevelt Link station (30 minutes or less to the ID or Stadium stations - no parking hassles!), or catch a bus nearby. We attended a concert which was a 20 minute walk. We did drive across the state, parked the car, and left it there the entire weekend. I-5 is just a few blocks away. While the property is on the corner of two busy streets (TBH, what streets in the U-District aren't busy?), you didn't really notice the traffic once you settled in.Very thoughtful with everything in the unit - excellently stocked kitchen, and yes, we shared a love for good coffee with the host :) and that was a most enjoyable exchange. The entire unit is well stocked and comfortable. The main bedroom has a desk, which was used for some studies that needed done, and appreciated. Summary - have an event in the U-District? Book it. Have an event "down town", book it. Grocery store less than 15 minute walk if you need to stock up on anything.This is on our short list for any Seattle trip with four adults.
