”I won't book again! The room was hotter than hot. The A/C was off & took a long time to cool down the room. Too hot to sleep, just lay there sweating. Why would the staff not turn on the a/c for expected guests? The fridge was also turned off, there was a kettle but no mugs. Minimum towels, no soap, shampoo & only one pillow each. No extras at all. There is a set of stairs to the elevator, I am a senior with large, heavy luggage & no offer of help from staff. Disgraceful!”

”We likes this hotel very much. If you like to see something else than the chain hotels,which look exactly the same wherever in the world you are then choose this one. We had a king room with harbour view. It was marvellous. Good reef-top bar, dinner at the surf house was superb. Service was great. What we did not like was the breakfast.
