”Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

”It is a historic hotel do rooms and bathrooms are on the small size. I love the historic touches they still have. The room was clean and the staff was great.
They have to parking so you have to park in a parking garage. We used one right around the block.
My only complaint would be the bed was hard. It was like sleeping on a board and the pillows were not much better ”

”If you’ve never been here before and they ask you if you’d like help with your bags when you check-in, I’d accept the help knowing what the layout of the property is like now.
A/C was extremely underwhelming for a 90 degree day in AZ. Turned it all the way to 62 at night and it didn’t seem to cool anywhere near that temp.
Drain in shower is very slow.
Hot tub was closed.”

”Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! Didn’t ruin our time, it was vacation! ”

”The high rating this property has is deceiving. The pictures online were of a unit that must have been newly remodeled and used for the pictures. The unit we were in was not anywhere near the quality that was depicted in the photos. The bathroom had paint peeling off the trim in chunks onto the floor. There was visible water damage on the walls around and under the tub. The tub surround was new so it appears to be hiding the rest of the water damage underneath. The walls and ceiling in the unit...
