”Entering the room it started off looking pretty good, however opening the fridge it was flooded with water, the freezer was covered in ice and dripping into the fridge. The cupboards were very dusty and had food/crumbs from the last person. The remote had liquid dried on it, it was gross, the housekeeping doesnt clean as much as you would expect only going into rooms once a week.
The pool was filled with bugs and when asking the front desk if I can use the skimmer so my kids could swim, I was...

”The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. My fault, but it is worth noting in Phoenix/Mesa.”

”The beds were disgusting, covered in stains sheets and mattresses, cigarette burn holes and satin on the comforter’s, both beds, there were chunks of the wall missing from rot, the bathroom had black mold all over. There were bugs flying around in the room. I went to the front desk, and requested a refund for the night and the following night. And I was told there was nothing she could do, “her boss was gone until Monday”. This property is disgusting and stole $300 of my money. ”

”The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! ”

” I stayed at this La Quinta Inn last night and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff member, Elise (I hope I got her name right), was incredibly polite and helpful—she truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at.

Kitchen was stocked with essentials.
Floor was a little dusty. A broom was provided.
Hook for towel by shower was too high to hang towel.
Jaccuzi bath/shower needed caulking and cleaning or replacing (could tell it was old). I did not use Jaccuzi.
Bathroom floor had cracks in the tile.
Laminate flooring was old
Light switch for room is inconveniently located inside the room by the pass through door to next unit (not next to door).
