”Breakfast and staff were great”

”Full breakfast available on the listing, so we prepaid. DO NOT PREPAY for breakfast. It is a small cafe, limited items. We basically overpaid. The cafe staff have no sink to wash their hands after clearing tables. They were friendly but I would not eat there again. Also at checkin front desk forgot to give us the breakfast ticket. Balcony view is not worth it if on third floor and below. Fridge in room made horrible noise. Bed comfy, room nice but horrible loud bathroom fan that is connected to...

”This hotel smells like cigarettes and stale beer. Not just our rooms but all of the rooms and hallways. Disgusting. Needs to be renovated more than any marriott hotel on planet earth. The interior of the hotel and rooms are also so tired and worn out- at least 25 years of heavy use. Could not recommend less. Bummer. Nice staff though!”

”This hotel has really gone down hill. Rooms are just average, really dated, and need of repair. Bar and restaurant staff were good and provided good service. The front desk staff seems annoyed you are staying with them. We’ve probably stayed here 10 times, it’s time to find something different.”

”The first room did not appear to be completly clean and was not in great shape as the floor was damaged, the deadbolt was stuck open so the door wouldn't shut, and it needed a fresh coat of paint etc. I alerted the staff and was immediately moved to a room on the second level that was the same room but in much better shape. ”The A/C worked well and was quiet. The beds are very uncomfortable. Our toilet lever didn't work. We unpacked and pulled out the couch bed, got all situated before we discovered the toilet. Since it was a Sunday, there was no maintenance available to fix it. The only remedy was to change rooms, which they offered. But, with 3 small kids and already all unpacked and one kid was asleep on the bed, we stayed. Had to take off the top of the back of the stool and put out hand in the water to manually...
