”they double billed me”

”bad sewer smell in room complained about it ,but never fixed the problem!!”

”The staff wasn't helpful. Not many rooms rented and was put in a room farthest from the front lobby. None of the exit doors worked. Breakfast had no fresh fruit, no pastries and the sausage was terrible.”

”I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great.”

”The hotel was great and in walking distance to so many things near by. ”

”Another great stay! I’m always happy to come back and consistently appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This hotel truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KC for a Current game!”

”Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk.”

”staff were incredibly helpful! Our first trip to KC, MO and they were so helpful. It made our stay great and we had an incredible time!”

”Property is well maintained. Room was clean and staff was very friendly.”

”A lovely place within walking distance of the Kemper and Nelson-Atkins. The room was lovely and had a nice sitting room and spacious shower.”

”Loved everything about this place!”
