”Arrived early and could check in early for minimal fee. Room lovely, clean and everything needed for the one night stay. Ate at restaurant and food / service great. Easy walk to some shopping. Front desk arranged taxi for transfer to airport but also shuttle right outside the door too. Had a hiccup by leaving back pack in taxi and hotel helped arrange for me to get this back. Overall great experience and customer service. Highly recommend this hotel ”

”My stay at Premier Inn Gatwick was fantastic, super convenient, just a 1-minute walk from the airport, and I’d definitely stay again. Clean, Modern and very quick check-in. However, Expedia listed the latest check-in as 12 AM, which caused stress and almost cost me £100 for an Uber. Expedia should clarify that guests can call ahead if arriving after midnight. ”

The blanket was really cheap and the bed was not the 4-star standard.
I don't think they had changed the sheet in my room, and apparently housekeeping does not work I the evening. They gave me a new room. They gave me a second blanket, which made my night ok.
This place is great for a 3 star hotel, but if you are looking for a standard 4 star bed, this is not the place for you. ”
”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London.
The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :)
The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...

”It was really convenient staying here. The room was amazing! It was a shame that I only stay one night. But for sure it will become my favourite hotel in London near to the airport.
The personnel from front desk , specially a girl that I had the luck to talk with her whilst I was waiting the shuttle to terminal 3. She is so kind and amazing!

"4 stars for this hotel is way too much...the room smelled for mould. It was dark and corridors felt like "redrum". But absolutely worst part was the restaurant. Even though in the evening it was half-empty, it took over half 'n' hour to get the food. Yet once we got it fries were cold and daughter's pasta was swimming in butter though it was supposed to be some sort of a cream pasta. I'm not a cook but that had nothing to do with cream pasta. Neither waitress nor manager paid any attention to our claims. Same nonexisting service continued on breakfast. I could add that we had to fight for pur breakfast because there was hardly anything to serve. Worst hotel I've experienced for long time and I travel a lot..."
