”Always a pleasure. This hotel is a nice way to relax in tokyo, this was my second time here. After a long Hectic day in tokyo, Its nice to put on some sauna and jacuzzi and just relax. Also the massage-socks were amazing.
Television is super-hightech with lots of good movies/Music videos/entertainment included kn room price. (No extra charge for that). Room service works Well.
There is no breakfast, But there is nice places nearby. And room service. And karaoke.

”Very big room for Tokyo, very nice bath and Sauna and all of the other facilities. Everything worked very well.
However, bed was way too hard for my taste and harder than other places in Tokyo. ”

”Tokyo Stay Shinjuku Eastside was the perfect place for us to explore Tokyo. The surroundings of the hotel are calm for Shinjuku but the location is great with several cafes/restaurants/konbini as well as train stations nearby. Travelling as a family, our kids were always taken into condiseration. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and as a definite plus we had a washing machine and kitchenette in the room. ”Just a unique and wonderful experience at Balian resort. Located in a perfect area in Shinjuku, it’s close to everything but just far enough to be quiet. The staff was exceptional. The amenities were amazing. Rooftop terrace, garden for dining, all types of food and personal items for free. It was truly great! ”

”Good basic accommodation. You need to be a bit mindful when walking in the area at night, but can be fun as long as you keep away from people proposing you places to go into. Metro stations are close enough, even if they are not right next to the hotel. ”

"In photos looks better than actually is. I had a tiny dark room and basically no day light cause the wall was so close to the window.
I booked deluxe double room.
They messed up with invoice and asked me to pay more when checking out.
Also, I agreed late check out at 1pm a day before and had ”do not disturb” sign on my door so I could sleep later but they called 11:01 and woke up me and asked when I am gonna leave.
I arrived 30min before checking in time(3pm) and they said I need to wait until it is exactly 3pm. Of course there was tens of people waiting exactly 3pm 😩 Amateurs the whole staff."
