"Tokyo Stay Shinjuku Eastside was the perfect place for us to explore Tokyo. The surroundings of the hotel are calm for Shinjuku but the location is great with several cafes/restaurants/konbini as well as train stations nearby. Travelling as a family, our kids were always taken into condiseration. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and as a definite plus we had a washing machine and kitchenette in the room. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options. The staff was kind and very helpful. Would definitely recommend! "

"In photos looks better than actually is. I had a tiny dark room and basically no day light cause the wall was so close to the window. I booked deluxe double room. They messed up with invoice and asked me to pay more when checking out. Also, I agreed late check out at 1pm a day before and had ”do not disturb” sign on my door so I could sleep later but they called 11:01 and woke up me and asked when I am gonna leave. I arrived 30min before checking in time(3pm) and they said I need to wait until it is exactly 3pm. Of course there was tens of people waiting exactly 3pm 😩 Amateurs the whole staff."
