”This place is lovely and overlooks a large swath of preserved land. Great space, pool and accommodations.”

”We stayed one night at Island Hotel of the Space Coast after our cruise and visited the Kennedy Space Center. Even though the building and the pool area are a bit outdated, the staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the room was quiet. The price included a continental breakfast. A good value-for-price for a short stay.”

”The room was dirty!!!! I did not stay and you should take this Budget off of your recommendations!!!!”

”Ok for a one night stay. Not the biggest or the cleanest room out there. Kind of sketchy area, although close to the interstate. Stairs outside had carpet on them which was wet due to rain and as a result smelled. Ice machine next to my first floor room and would hear each time someone got ice.”

”Incredibly clean, well-stocked, and in one of our favorite locations. Such easy access and smooth check-in and check-out. ”

”Staff made quick arrangements to refresh the room after the high smell of smoking from prior patron.”

”Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot.”

”Very clean and comfortable place. We were pleasantly surprised, we had never stayed motels before. Would stay again. Communication was easy and fast, even though there’s not ”

”We had several issues with plumbing. The toilet over flowed, we quickly got moved to another room but this was just really inconvenient. The lock on our other room wasn’t working so again had to move rooms. They were very accommodating and reimbursed me without having to ask. I love the apartment style setup of the rooms for sure.”

”Our AC was broken Our TV was broken No one was able to fall asleep with it 76 in our room. They finally switched us to a new room at 2:30 in the morning. Breakfast was also terrible.”
