”Decent budget-friend hotel though you pay a slight premium for being right on the seafront. They have a parking garage on a first come first serve basis for £8 per 24 hours, though it’s incredibly tight so big cars may struggle. There is lots of paid street parking (£0.95 per 30 minutes) that can often have you parked right outside the hotel if you time it right that runs from 9am to 6pm; max stay 4 hours during those times so it’s good for free overnight if you time it right.”

”What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space.
Linda was quick to contact me as soon as the booking went through, requesting my preferences for milk and bread - so thoughtful.

”My “compact double” was huge, it had even a separate dressing space! The room must have been redone quite lately as everything was so nice and everything was kept very clean. Service was impeccable during my whole stay, in the bar, the breakfast and especially in the reception. The location is the best possible; by the sea and buses leave 50 m from the doorstep. ”The room was very spacious with all amenities needed available in the room. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. ”Room was adequate, sadly it left a lot to be desired regarding cleanliness.
The bottom of the inside of the wardrobe was thick with dust, as was the dressing table unit.
One of the cups supplied for coffee hadn’t been washed properly.
Although there was tea and coffee supplied there was no milk.
The tv could only be switched on/off at the plug located on the wall behind the tv which was thick with dust too. Even the top of the peddle bin in the bathroom needed a good wipe.
