”I absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again. From the minute I walked in I was made to feel very welcome from the two people working behind the bar, they were so warm, kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was checked in very quickly and smoothly. My room was on the top floor up quite a few stairs but this wasn’t an issue for me as I am fully mobile and able to carry my bags upstairs. However for a less-abled person it may be a bit difficult.

”Decent budget-friend hotel though you pay a slight premium for being right on the seafront. They have a parking garage on a first come first serve basis for £8 per 24 hours, though it’s incredibly tight so big cars may struggle. There is lots of paid street parking (£0.95 per 30 minutes) that can often have you parked right outside the hotel if you time it right that runs from 9am to 6pm; max stay 4 hours during those times so it’s good for free overnight if you time it right.”

”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.

”Very run down with no signs of trying to fix anything.
Friendly enough staff, but clueless.
I had to move rooms after the first night. The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down.
The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged...
