”Family-oriented AI hotel 500m from private beach - easy to stroll or use hotel's shuttle bus. Good amenities also on beach: toilets, showers, lunch & bar.
Service was polite and smiley! Good choice for families with kids! Own little waterpark, great outdoor play area and kids club (9.30 - 17) with activities. We were in the end of October, the weather was great (28C during daytime, 20C night). Outdoor pools at that time a little bit chill (25C) but nice pool inside too to use from 7-20 daily....

Maybe the only negative and it is not really negative to be honest, we felt like yes there are more germans which is not a problem but it would be nice for the staffs to be more confident with speaking english too. However its not a big deal. Families should not hesistate to book with your children. My family all enjoyed. Money well spent. 5 star.”

We were there during the opening week so it's understandable that things are still finding their place. Renovations here and there. Help and changes were received as soon as you asked and the staff was really friendly. The swimming pools were still very cold, including the children's pools. There are so many restaurants and different places in the hotel that the impression is a bit confusing. Children's cocktails were only found on the first floor, which was disappointing because there are otherwise many restaurants by the pools. The room was clean and spacious but the bed felt like springs. We got the blankets immediately upon request.
