”Very cozy little place! Amazing views of the lake and very close to the restaurants on the lake. Place was very clean, comfortable beds and everything you need was there. My only suggestion would be a coffee maker. The drip style one there did not work well and by the time it made coffee it was cold. Other than that the owner was awesome to work with and will definitely stay there again! ”

”Just the fact that it is 1930s vintage says a lot. Check-in and directions super easy. There was a surprise batch of cookies and a fireplace starter which were both delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Bedrooms very small but the outside front porch, back porch and yard provided cool places to relax and unwind. Near-by Usher Park a perfect place for small children. ”

”3rd time staying in the cabins owned by Dan and Amanda and it was the perfect getaway for me, my husband and our 2 dogs, Jovie (Basset Hound) and Sadie (Chihuahua Mix). This was our first time staying in this cabin, which is just slightly closer to the little beach. We cooked on the grill several times, made fires in the fire pit almost every night, had our coffee on the deck every morning, and spent 5 of our days on the lake because the weather was spectacular! ”Great cottage in a quiet and picturesque spot on Champlain. Cottage is in good condition and loved it was also pet friendly. Highly recommend this spot for a quiet and romantic getaway ”

”A great location for the hiking and kayaking we wanted to experience in the Adirondack mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied. The home was a little dark for reading which were were prepared for with book lights. You can hear the cars on route 87 to be aware of if the would bother you. ”

”The cottage with 2 bedrooms was a cute tiny cottage. I didn't receive an email for the code to enter the cottage. After 2 phone calls, we did communicate with someone. We asked if we could leave the boat parked, and the person said it would be okay. Appreciative of that! Once inside the cottage, we found no toilet paper at all and had to go to the store. After a 4 1/2 hr drive to get there, we had to hit the road again. My family just slept, took showers and watched tv there. We did not use the...

”We had a great week at Birchwood Cottages!! The cottage itself was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the kayaks, SUP boards, beach toys, etc that they have available for everyone to use. We were there during a major storm, and lost power. We immediately were checked on and assured that the generator was on so we would at least have water. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. My youngest is already asking for us to book for next summer.”
