Cleaning Fees (incl. bath & pool towels, sheets):
– Up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: 400 euros
– 2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2h): 100 euros + final cleaning
– 3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings (100 euros each) + final cleaning

Tourist Tax: 1 euro per adult/day, for the first 7 days only
Low Season (Oct–Apr): Heating: 300 euros/week
Additional guests (from 9+): 20 euros per person/day
