”Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. We were unable to use the microwave because the interior top was covered with mold. The refrigerator also had mold inside, and there were items left behind by a previous guest. While the air conditioner worked well, it was noticeably dusty and could benefit from cleaning. Additionally, the TV was not functioning, and neither the USB ports nor the phone charging outlets worked. We hope these issues can...

”The motel was a basic set: nothing too fancy but nothing very wrong either - it was what you would expect for the price. We had probably the best bathroom because it was an accessible room: BIG. The room had a very bad smell (carpet?) but we got used to it in a couple of minutes. ”This hotel is a good deal if youre just looking for a place to rest your head for the night. It was decently clean, but there were spots in our bathroom where the ceiling was cracked or peeling, the acrylic in the bathtub was peeling, the room was decently clean aside from that. The beds were actually decently comfortable, however there were barely any TV channels or anything to watch during our stay while in our room. Other than those few issues, it was a decent stay.”

”Our neighbor next door was very noisy! Loud music all night and day and at 1:00 he or she had the tv on on the maximum volume! We didn’t sleep all the night. This is the first time ever we have had an anything go bad at this hotel. The staff was very nice and kept telling our neighbors to stop but refused”

”Booked our room the day of travel. Realized at check in, a few hours later, that I booked for the following week on accident. The hotel refused to let me switch the dates. So I had to rebook for the night and then I had a room for the following week too. I understand that I made the mistake. But I couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t accommodate a date switch since I wasn’t canceling and they would still get their money for the hotel stay.”

”The location to DTW airport was great, but the room wasn't very well kept up. The bathroom tub was filthy, and the bottom of the shower curtain looked like it was never washed. Free breakfast consisted of coffee.”

”The hotel is in real need of a renovation. It has not been very well maintained. The pool water looked like milk. Our bathroom door didn't close, nor was there a cover on the light in the shower. When we checked in, we only had one towel in the bathroom with no other washcloths. When we asked for more towels, they gave us a hard time about it.”

My dog is afraid of tile floors and trying to get him to our room was impossible. He's over 60 pounds and I couldn't carry him over the tiles along with my luggage.
