”The room was amazing. Everything controlled by in-room remote control. Love the dressing room and bathroom design. It was simply a great stay and one which you would expect for a high end 5 star hotel in London. We have stayed at the Dorchester, Savoy, Claridges, Goring, Mandarin Oriental and the Ritz, and we think we like the Peninsular hotel room the best so far. ”

”The Bulgari is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. The prompt and personable service throughout the stay stood out. The room was beautiful. No real view to speak of but that's London I guess. There were little trinkets (shoe horn, shaving supplies, multi pillows, pillow freshener mist, great housekeeping, etc.). So extremely clean, great staff, excellent services. Loved the seating area in the lobby but the bar is meh..... Way overpriced in my opinion so I'll have to think twice about...
