”It’s like a mini apartment, there is a lot of space to store your things and a lot of room to move around, the staff is really friendly and helpful when you ask. No one seems to not like their job and it’s always a clean environment and open walkways for you to bring materials to your room if you please.”

”Rude front desk associate, pool not open when online page said it was, disgusting dirty sitting water at ice machine that also didnt work and breakfast was abysmal. The tables in breakfast area were all wobly so nothing stayed in place.”

”The room was completely nasty to the taped up refrigerator and the dirty curtains and the random holes in the wall I almost did not feel safe staying at this place to the creepy people watching me enter my room I don’t think I will be returning back to this place just overall the room was filthy I did not want to touch or sit anywhere an there sat in the corner was a stained old chair yea no I won’t be coming back ”

”This hotel was half empty and they gave us a room with the view to the brick wall, even we stayed there for three nights. The bed was good. Next time when visiting Newport News, I'll take my business elsewhere. ”

”When walking in it was ok. going To the room was another story. Very musty smell paint on doors were peeling off rust stain in shower coming from grab bar. Water took for ever to get hot then turn to scalding. When you look at the bed it had a huge dip in the middle of the bed. Couldn’t get over the smell. Fire alarms went off at 1am lasting about 15 min on and off. We were then told it was somebody smoking marijuana that made the alarms go off in the building but the next night it didn’t...
