”The desk chair (the only chair in the room) was old, squeaky and dirty.
The elevator I used to access our room on the 4th floor had a problem. When pushing the button for the 4th floor, I had to push it repeatedly over and over for about 30 to 45 seconds before it would light up and begin ascending.”
