”I had to wait 2 hours to check in cause buddy at the desk was sleep. One staff member was working the whole weekend i was there”

”Very dated, cramped room.”

”The desk chair (the only chair in the room) was old, squeaky and dirty. The elevator I used to access our room on the 4th floor had a problem. When pushing the button for the 4th floor, I had to push it repeatedly over and over for about 30 to 45 seconds before it would light up and begin ascending.”

”Pleased with the room. The location was great because you can walk to WALGREENS if needed or go across the street to Walmart. I found this location ideal for easy access to the places a traveler might need in a pinch.”

”There’s not a hot tub at this property which I’m very upset about because that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My room wasn’t properly cleaned and i had to go behind and clean the fridge and microwave. Was told i would be refunded for breakfast because the staff has not been showing up but that didn’t happen. On a good note the staff was very personable and caring. ”

”We had them come up and look at the cords hanging from the AC, he got it working. Always had to ask for cups. No hot tub but the pool was great. Breakfast got a little boring but we were there for 6 days. The staff was very nice. We really liked Tiffany.”

”The air conditioing did not work the three nights we stayed. After asking the fromt desk three times for maintenance to come to the room, we found out it was a larger issue for multiple guests, but no real solutions. Maintenance never came to the room. No offer to move us to a room with working a/c or a break on the room cost. ”

”I wasn't very impressed with none of the staff at first only one and that was Rita she is just beautiful but after the next few times that I stayed there I'm at the gentleman named asish and at first he was a little not so nice but eventually he was very sweet and he was very kind and he was very helpful to me I am very happy I got to know him he is very sweet person”

”The room was clean and spacious. The fitness center had 3 pieces of high end cardio equipment, no real weights. Unfortunately the breakfast was not suitable for a diabetic or anyone monitoring their sugar intake . We had an efficiency room that was not stocked with ANY utensils or cooking apparatus. ”

”The rooms were terrible. 1st room on second floor had bed bugs! 2nd room on 1st had dirty sheets and poor water pressure, barely came out! 3rd room dirty shower and hole in wall. Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WVR AGAIN !!!!!!!”

”The room had a strong musty mildew smell, and the TV didn’t work. The young lady at the front desk gave us another room across the hall which had the same smell. She said “no one was available to fix the TV she was there alone”. The room, bathroom & linens were clean and for breakfast there was a very good selection. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate but was beyond their control. The Property owner needs to maintain this property better. Seems to me there was a roof issue that was...
