âDirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didnât occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website.
Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to.
Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

âBeautiful place, nice personnel, little bit rough on the edges, needs minor repairs, the strings on the bed where broken, so was the window lock.
Easy to reach with bus from Coventry and Birmingham bothâ

âMost impressed by:
The Staff, they were lovely.
Breakfast was delicious.
Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding.
The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered.
Not so good:
Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party.
Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.
