”My “compact double” was huge, it had even a separate dressing space! The room must have been redone quite lately as everything was so nice and everything was kept very clean. Service was impeccable during my whole stay, in the bar, the breakfast and especially in the reception. The location is the best possible; by the sea and buses leave 50 m from the doorstep. The only thing that disturbed me was that the room was pretty warm although I slept with the windows open. There was a fan, but at...

”Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!!
Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch.
This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay ”

”What a fantastic place to stay, the room was immaculate and well appointed. The staff / host were welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Arundel Castle is probably the best castle we've visited, and there are lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes in the town. What a fab weekend away!”

”Nice little B&B close to centre of the village and running trails. Lucie sent the access codes to the front door and room making the check-in a breeze. It was a bit chilly during the first night (central heating off at night), but Lucie provided a portable radiator and extra blanket, so the 2nd night was warm and cosy. Very clean room and comfy bed. Also the breakfast was great. ”
