”My “compact double” was huge, it had even a separate dressing space! The room must have been redone quite lately as everything was so nice and everything was kept very clean. Service was impeccable during my whole stay, in the bar, the breakfast and especially in the reception. The location is the best possible; by the sea and buses leave 50 m from the doorstep. ”Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay ”

”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...
