”This is a small hotel in a good location just a couple of minutes walk from the Brighton Pier. I stayed alone in a small (bigger than London small) room with a comfy bed, good shower, wall-tv and a fridge. Quite comfortable in March-April, however might get hot in the summer as there's no AC in this room. Breakfast also available, I did not use this opportunity. Service very friendly, made you feel welcome. Price level also very reasonable: I will definitely consider staying here again if back...

”Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable.
