Aamupala oli riittävän monipuolinen. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä ja henkilökunta hyvin ystävällinen. Aamupala oli tarjolla hotellin kolmannen kerroksen ravintolassa, josta kaunis näkymä lahdelle ja Vesuviukselle. Kahden hengen economy huonetta en suosittelisi kahdelle hengelle, koska on liian pieni. Muutoin kakki ok.

Näkymät Vesuviukselle
Siisti pieni hotelli lähes Sorrenton keskustassa. Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala, joka kuului huoneen hintaan. Huoneesta kaunis näkymä Vesuviukselle. Ainoa miinus oli kovahko sänky, mutta se tavanomaista Italiassa. Aamupala tarjoiltiin ylimmässä kerroksessa, josta aivan upeat näkymät Napolinlahdelle. Auton sai kellariin parkkiin.

The location of right on the edge of town with stunning views of Mount Vesuvius from our balcony and at breakfast made this accommodation special. The staff was very accommodating with the few things we asked of them. Adding coffee in the room and fruit at breakfast the ability to self serve coffee at breakfast would be nice additions, but overall a superb hotel experience.

The location is amazing close to the Marian , piazza and bus station. Also, many authentic shops are close to the hotel and many nice cafe and restaurants are close as well.

We had a corner room with two balconies overlooking the ocean. It was heavenly. We were also welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine. The hotel has been freshly remodeled. It is beautiful. Our favorite hotel of 7 we stayed at in Italy.

Beds are not good. Our bed was old and had a huge divet in it so one person slept lopsided. Carpets are very dirty. Breakfast food was day old and the serving staff had poor hygiene measures. Lady sneezed in her hand and then touched plates and food. Reception staff were helpful and courteous as well as the cleaning staff. Cleaning staff helped us layer comforters on the side of the mattress that was caved in. Some hotel staff treated us very impersonally; some grumpy people. Location is great. Roof bar was not much to talk about. Pool was nice and garden was beautiful. Breakfast terrace was great overlooking the ocean. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Good location but not meet 4-star hotel’ standard
Good side, the room was ready at 11 AM. The breakfast served on the rooftop was nice for view and food, the service was great too. Unlike the other average 4-star hotels, the staff was not as friendly and professional (like a previous review said “Miserable staff!”). For 4-star hotel’s price, there was nothing else to offer, no coffee set or kettle in the room, not even a free bottle of water in minibar. Unlike the other Hotels.com VIP access properties, I have to ask about the perks, then allowed to exchange a bottle of sparkling wine to 2 small bottles of water that should cost 2 euro each.

The road to this beautiful hotel was extremely scary windy and single lane in areas. Parking was tricky but staff helpful and drove car into garage. Front desk staff also helpful and friendly. Would stay there again but would definitely not drive 😬

Hotel Regina was heavenly
Hotel Regina was absolutely beautiful. The view from our garden terrace was so nice to wake up to each morning. The view from breakfast was another plus. We loved enjoying the breakfast options and gazing into the bay of Napoli. I highly recommend the Hotel Regina and can’t wait to return in a couple of years.

Overpriced small rooms - not 4*
Great location, amazing view from breakfast area with good service. What lacked was booking their regular deluxe room - which seemed more like a hostel and not like 4* hotel. The room was tiny w a window facing a wall. The bed was very hard and there was no amenities included in room. Not even a glass to take water. The room had a small fridge with wine but provided paper cups. Also, the bathroom always had ants - not many but always around 10 and sometimes they moved into the room. They were the small ants- did not bite but the room was not pleasant and overpriced for what it was.

NOISY area -- no sleeping until 11:30 p.m.
This hotel would have gotten a Five star review HOWEVER, our sleep was delayed every night from LOUD MUSIC that comes from a venue across the street. This venue is for weddings, etc and open air blasts music until 11:30 p.m. into the hotel rooms that are directly across the street. Our room vibrated. We had an sea-front room and asked to be moved to the back of hotel and they said nothing was available. We complained about noise since we often had to get up very early and they said that there was nothing they could do until 11:30 p.m. The venue was used EVERY night we were there except one -- even week nights. The hotel was not at all apologetic about it -- we talked to many others in the hotel that were unhappy and the hotel attitude was that there was nothing they could do about it.

This is a perfect location in Sorrento. Half way between the marina and the town. Quiet area. Staff is very nice, pool area is lovely and the rooftop bar is fantastic.

The staff and views at this property were amazing. The concierge was able to secure a reservation at one of Sorrento’s top restaurants at late notice. Would definitely recommend this as a hun when you travel around the Amalfi Coast.

Good stay
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The view was amazing. The bed, however was not very comfortable. The bed was hard and the pillows were thin. Sorrento had a lot to offer, so luckily we were tired at the end of the day.

This is one of the best places to stay in Sorrento! Beautiful rooms. Great location between inner city and waterfront. Incredible roof top bar with a breakfast there unmatched. A must stay!

Hotel looks and feels new- very close to to port for ferries and charming fishing village( Marina Grande) for family run restaurants. Great wifi, water pressure in room, hot/cold water, room temperature and comfortable bed. Room is relatively small but very well designed with everything you need. Good breakfast buffet spread at the restaurant with sea view. Beautiful sunset view ( sun setting into the seas)from restaurant on 4th floor - restaurant is relatively quiet for dinner when I was there in May - good food at reasonable prices.

Brilliant Breakfast, otherwise disappointing
What really makes this a great hotel is the breakfast which is served in the roof top restaurant. Stunning views, excellent food options and the excellent service of Orlando and his team make the perfect start to each day of your stay. But aside from this most aspects of the hotel are disappointing. Like many others have noted in reviews, there was no sparkling wine amenity during the stay or any other VIP benefits. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the hotel lacks basic elements of a 4 star hotel, such as glassware, bottle opener, tissues, complimentary bottled water. Room also had some minor maintenance issues, mould in bathroom (see photo) and lamp not working which shows a lack of attention to detail.

It was a great place to stay in Sorrento. However, I do not recommend the family room our family stayed. It was on the 0 floor so had to hear all the street noise.
