”This property and all of its staff made us feel like we were staying with family on our trip. Everything about this place is excellent, but the staff really made the stay special.
The location of the property is in the heart of Sorrento. It's a 5 min walk to the train and bus station, 2 mins to the main square, 3 mins to more than a dozen restaurants, 2 mins to major shopping areas, 3 mins to a lot of historic sites and under 10 mins to the harbour and beaches. We walked everywhere all week...

Respaa ei ole, eikä henkilökuntaa näy, mutta vastauksia tulee Whatsapin välityksellä hienosti. Myös lentokenttäkuljetukset hoituivat heidän kauttaan hyvin. Huoneet ovat kunnoltaan siistit, mutta siivouksen tasoon toivoisi...

”Get the room with the view, fabulous view, and a big terrace. Good breakfast room, and was an easy walk to downtown. I thought the walk back was going to be a little hard, but was easy. ”Melody is a great little BnB located in a building complex about a block or two away (5mins walking) from the main street in Sorrento. The hosts were wonderful and kind - we reached out to them beforehand and we were greeted by Michael at the front door. The facilities were clean and there is breakfast available in the morning. The actual hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building, and you must go to the back entrance of the building in order to enter. ”

”The room was told to be soundproof. It wasn’t and you could hear everything from the hallway even the next room taking a shower can be heard from our room. At night time some of the guests came in late and you can hear everything because the door doesn’t block the noise at all.
We were promised starting appetizer but didn’t have them until i called about it.
We asked for a blanket to sleep with because the room only had a sheet to sleep with. I called about it and the employee were rude and...

The apartment was was not tidy,it was noisy and there was not warm water in the shower. Very disappointing experience,don`t recommend and beware of "upgrading".”
