”Room 118. We had to reach inside the toilet tank to lift the plunger because the handle was not attached. Seriously, there was no chain to flush the toilet. Breakfast was cold. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. But the property was honestly not very nice. Big disappointment.”

”The pool was out of order, and the night desk clerk did not offer to let us move to another hotel without losing our money. The stopper on the bathroom sink was missing.
The setscrew on the door handle had been replaced with a sheet metal screw that stuck out. The driveway had large pot holes, and mud puddles.”
